The Fast Track Beginner Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Self-Defense Program is our beginner program for Juniors ages 10-12 years old and Teens ages 13-15 years old. In this 6 week intensive program your child will learn one of the most powerful and proven self-defense systems in the world. Children will be active, get in great shape, and burn fat all while learning a valuable life-saving skill. Students will have a 2-4 week break in between each 6 week session.
